Asst. Manager - Electrical: Mundra, Gujarat, India
1. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Ensure that all activities adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing the performance and reliability of electrical infrastructure within the copper business.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly with other operational activities, ensuring overall business efficiency.

5. System Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and safety.

6. Safety Protocol Enforcement: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all electrical operations, complying with local and international safety standards.

7. Technical Expertise & Problem Solving: Provide technical guidance and resolve complex electrical problems to optimize system performance and improve operational efficiency.

8. Innovation & Technology: Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and technology, recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and system performance.



9. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports on electrical system performance, maintenance activities, and operational metrics to senior management.


10. Mentorship & Training: Mentor junior electrical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.
Qualifications:

Experience: 9-14 years of experience in electrical engineering and team management, with a strong track record of managing electrical systems and personnel.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the copper industry is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration is considered a plus.

Skills: Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
