Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vendor packages (HCL, incinerator, ADU etc.). Develop SOPs for ECH plant (Sector-C/D/E & F) and GPU based on the instructions in the operating manual (Approx. 150 SOPs for all sections). Prepare the status of equipment erection and plan for further process activities. Prepare a site observation report for further correction and improvement.
