1) Job Role/ Location : Project Planning & Control Engineer Corporate Office (Vadodara)

Qualification/ Experience : B.E./B. Tech, with 5 to 10 years of working experience in EPC Project Planning PMP certification preferred

Job Description : 

Skilled in project scheduling, critical path analysis, and progress tracking using Primavera and MS Project, with experience in generating S-curves, managing costs, and monitoring risks. Proficient in SAP/ERP and knowledgeable in the full project lifecycle.








2) Job Role/ Location : Lead Project Planning & Control Engineer Corporate Office (Vadodara)

Qualification/ Experience : 

B.E./B. Tech.-Mechanical or  Project Management (advanced degree preferred) with 15+ years of experience of project management in chemical process industry. Certification: Project Management Software/PMP/PRINCE2


Job Description : 

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, aligning with business goals and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Oversee budgets, control costs, and mitigate risks while tracking progress and reporting to senior management. Implement quality assurance measures and maintain clear communication with stakeholders for smooth project execution.






3) Job Role/ Location : Construction Planner Dahej (Bharuch)

Qualification/ Experience : 

B.E./B. Tech. Civil/Mechanical with 5 to 10 years of experience of Planning in Industrial/Oil & Gas/Refinery project sites.


Job Description : 

Create and update detailed project schedules using MS Project/Primavera, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and delay management. Lead project digitization efforts, develop MIS for reviews, and prepare regular progress reports with recovery plans and delay analyses. Facilitate review meetings and take preventive actions to ensure timely project completion





4) Job Role/ Location : Lead Construction Planner


Qualification/ Experience : 

B.E./B. Tech. Mechanical, Constuction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred), must have 15+ years of experience in construction planning & controls for chemical processing plants/ industrial facilities.


Job Description : 

Develop and execute detailed construction plans for chemical plant projects, coordinating with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely sign-offs, Monitor progress using key performance tools, manage deviations, optimize workflow efficiency, and lead review and risk management meetings. Prepare progress reports and mentor junior team members to support their growth.
