Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Relations Manager to join our team in Surat. This mid-level, full-time position requires expertise in managing union relations and negotiating labor agreements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labor laws, conflict resolution, and employee relationship management to ensure compliance and maintain a harmonious workplace environment.

Qualifications And Skills
• Negotiation skills to effectively manage and resolve labor disputes and agreements (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in managing union relations and engaging with union representatives (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
• Proficient in conflict resolution to mediate disputes and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Experience in employee relations to maintain positive interaction between staff and management.
• Understanding of legal compliance requirements within the oil and gas industry.
• Skilled in collective bargaining to negotiate terms and conditions of employment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels clearly and effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Maintain effective communication and negotiation channels with union representatives.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Mediate employee disputes and resolve conflicts to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Develop and implement industrial relations policies and procedures.
• Monitor and address any issues related to employee grievances and complaints.
• Collaborate with management to address and improve employee relations strategies.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations and ensure fair and just agreements.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to industrial relations activities and compliance.
