Qualification

Commerce Graduate + LLB (LLM preferred).

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in our industry i.e., Pharma/ Medical Device.

Job Description / Key Role of Legal Manager
• Supervise / Guide Team of 6-7 people
• Handle all legal matters of the Company
• Draft, Review, Vett, Negotiate, etc. variety of Agreements/ Contracts
• Effective use of Contract Management System (Zoho).
• Work on continuous improvement of the standard drafts/ formats/ templates.
• Work as a part of the team and guide the team whenever and wherever needed.
• Inculcate learning amongst the team members and oneself by way of discussion on any new legal development like case laws, clauses, new legislations, etc.
• Promptly respond to queries from team members and other colleagues/ from the organization including the Management.
• Escalate any unresolved issue to the Department Head.
• Appear in Court hearings/ Arbitration and represent on behalf of the Company.
