Job description

Lamifab Industries, is an ISO Certified Company, formed in 1994 and started manufacturing Plastic Tarpaulins and in Irrigation Pipe Solution. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee our irrigation pipe manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on optimizing processes, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to meet production goals.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company goals.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory management to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Quality Control:
• Establish and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure team development and accountability.
• Work closely with other departments, including engineering, sales, and logistics, to align production with overall business objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or irrigation sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range : 276000 – 420000 per annum

Location: Sarigam - Gujarat

Job Type: Full Time (Wednesday - Monday)

REQUIREMENT:

· Working in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to machinery and industrial equipment.

· Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience and above 30 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
