Required - Site Engineer

Location: Surat

Industry- Industrial Construction

Must have experience as a Site Engineer in the Industrial Construction industry

Responsibility

Project Planning and Execution
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities, collaborating with project managers and contractors to
 achieve project milestones

Bill Making
• Accurately prepare bills based on square footage (SFT) or item rates, ensuring all relevant details are included.
• Maintain detailed records of materials, labor, and equipment used for billing purposes.

Rate Analysis
• Conduct thorough rate analysis for materials and services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing to optimize project budgets.

Tender Filing
• Manage the end-to-end tender filing process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions



Site Work Plan
• Utilize expertise in site work planning to develop comprehensive schedules.
• Coordinate with different teams to align activities and resources effectively.

Quality Control
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify deviations from project specifications

Health and Safety Compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
