Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Textile Trainee Engineer to join our team. The position is full-time and based in Navi Mumbai, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, and Vapi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with Marketing / Merchandising/ Operations/ projects and problem-solving while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Assist senior in the development and implementation of textile and related activities of merchandising for collaboration of international & domestic traders.
• Conduct research and analysis to improve efficiency and quality in textile production.
• Collaborate with production, dispatch & quality department for execution to ensure new season creep & bid.
• Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document and report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all engineering activities.
• Provide innovative solutions to mitigate production issues and enhance product quality.
