Job Title: ERP Specialist (Microsoft D365 Business Central) - Manufacturing Industry

Location: Silvassa (Dadra & Nagar Haveli)

Budget: ₹6 Lacs per annum

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support all business users on Microsoft D365 Business Central ERP Application.
• Proactively identify and implement solutions for business challenges.
• Develop a deep understanding of business issues and data challenges to support organizational goals.
• Ensure issues are promptly identified, tracked, reported, and resolved.
• Train users on new system enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
• Create user manuals and support documentation for efficient system use.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess and implement necessary changes.
• Monitor ERP usage to drive user engagement and achieve desired outcomes.
• Work closely with the Corporate IT team for change requests, training, and ongoing ERP developments.

Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective user training and support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders.
