About the Role:

As an Area Service Incharge at Pidilite, you will be responsible for overseeing service operations within your designated area to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of service technicians, provide technical support to customers, and implement service strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Service Operations: Oversee service operations within the designated area, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring service activities to meet customer requirements.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure service quality and adherence to company standards and procedures, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Manage service parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient utilization to support service operations and minimize downtime.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on service activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions and resolving issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and service management software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated area as needed.
